The degree as to how much one forgives relates to the degree as to how much one loves and respects one’s inner self, consciousness. Ego cannot forgive, it pretends to forgive.

@lolklghgjh says:

My reason for trying to have forced forgiveness is that I don't want to be affected by those ancient wrong doings anymore. I want to live a life. Dwelling in resentment is only creating suffering for me so I sincerely want to stop it. The only problem is that it seems not to stop by my own choice.

Nature has taught me that acceptance is a natural consequence of things, it cannot – and needs not to – be forced. Major part of human suffering is trying to force things as if they were under one's own control. In nature there is no such thing as unacceptance, because everything, entire life, is given and taken by the omnipotent Mother Nature.

How does male God, purposeness of modern society and personal responsibility of an individual fit into this scenario is still very unclear to me. Going back to the simpleness of nature seems not to be an option.

"The being beyond the human within you is actually not touched by suffering.". 5:48

Real forgiveness happens when you realise there is a dimension in you not affected by anything done by anyone to you.
As a person you suffer.
But the timeless being is untouched. It’s beyond suffering.

Thanks Eckhart. 4 April 2024. 🌹✨💫⛈🍀⛈🌵🌸🏃🍺🍕😇😇😇

@SusanL-ds6lc says:

I always think of the people who hurt me as "they're not there yet." And I believe it. I have a dimension that they have not reached yet. They caused me to suffer but they can't hurt me anymore. I have found my being. Thank you God. Thank you Eckhart. xoxo

@chiptowers1 says:

let me break this down as " I" see it.

I am speaking from my " I " ie from my REAL PRESENCE within that was initially FORMED not BORN.
My PRESENCE within imprinted knowledge tells me I have no Authority to forgive anothers PRESENCE because we are all FORMED initially by the same process, not Born.

My Imprinted Knowledge tells me this teacher is SUPERFICIAL only and speaks in Superficial terms only because he has never been enlightened by his Real Presence source within because like all Teachers and Guru's, they dont have a clue how the Real Presence derived to FORM initially and then give rise to the Intelligent Species physical body and brain.
This lack of imprinted knowledge places Teachers and Guru's directly as a SUPERFICIAL PERSON. Because a PERSON is an individuals physical body that was BORN, where the PRESENCE within physical source was FORMED initially at an Epoch.

If one has not been enlightened by their PRESENCE within via their EGO send and receive message tool, then one will never identify with that within that is conditioning them from within.

Being, Dict: sometimes one aspect of our Being has been developed at the expense of others. Which means that is the nature or essence of a person, a person thats Born, not the nature or essence of a Form, that was Formed.
Therefore Forgiveness is never real nor deep within, Forgiveness is always Superficial and thats why one can forgive until the cows come home, Superficially as a Person. Whats the problem, none, Superficially. ( chuckle chuckle) I forgive you because you know not what you say.

@CombustionJohn says:

Forgiveness is necessary but so is apology which precedes it. Without apology, which is acknowledgement of betrayal of trust or other wrongdoing by the other party then forgiveness alone will not be effective and only set one up for further need to forgive. Basically if the outcome is reconciliation then apology / forgiveness is the protocol. In the absence of apology then one's past self has to apologise for having done wrong ie made an error of judgement and then one's current self has to forgive one's past self, accepting and reconciling within self to heal.
