Reality is stranger than we can think. That's a liberating thing because our thinking mind is conditioned and used to think in patterns that imprisoned it, so to think is to create, to release yourself from patterns. which need training to be aware of these patterns by observation

For me it is important to understand that perception and conception is a unified process in reality.And both are an expression of memory or lets say karma.I think that karma cannot be stopped at any moment,but what can be stopped is my reaction to it. There is no need,absolutely no need to follow therineπ my old reactions, or to recycle them.And when I act in this way,reality changes,and therin also I. But from where all this comes? IT COMES from the I. But in this way from a deeper one conceived one,an I that has chosen not to react but offers the unified process back and therefor becomes free.π

Oh wow wow wow…, this is immediately helpful it corresponds to what my mom's message has been to me as she's talking out of both sides of her mouth.. it's the middle path almost in a neutral state not being charged with either side.. remaining in the in between… not creating Karma from participating emotionally mentally or physically in either of them… she told me keep it moving vic.
Being raised Catholic, I was made aware (but never understood when I was young) of the Holy Trinity. I am not a theologian however I do think of the "Higher Self" that is who I am, everyone is. Today I understand this as you explained "Eastern' religion as the same concept. I have heard others say we are like cells that make up the body of the godhead. I also heard someone else say God is becoming us, not the other way around. And, "there is only one of us in this room".
In my experience you are right. However I myself am not far clean-enough to make things complete-true, so, Im verry happy with your helping meditations, to go on tranform my every thing in myself.
But, the change I allready managed, give their fruits. Thats why I know you speak Truth.
